SHIPPING POLICY

ALL FREIGHT IS $7.50 to  $13.50 WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Shipments take between 1 to 3 working days, and upto an extra day for Rural. (this is when an order is placed before 6am on any business working day)

Please allow for longer in weather events or busy periods like Halloween.

 

All parcels are sent by Courierpost / Auspost are 'Track and Traceable'/ and can be delivered to rural, household, business addresses and PO Box number.

If rural option is not selected and order is rural, the additional charge will be invoiced and goods will be sent once paid.

Holiday times do have an impact on this, so please factor this in when ordering.

In the rare event that a parcel goes missing, it takes some time for compensation to be issued. Both Party Costumes and you the customer, will have to fill out and return forms as part of the claims process.
